I have to say that I love Urban Decay. I was turned onto this product by a UD makeup artist in a Sephora store a while back. It's nice to have the products together in one tube. This product does do what it claims, but it's not perfect. The fibers in the primer do add length to my lashes, but the consistency is a bit "goopy" and difficult to work with. The waterproofer is extremely effective, more so than waterproof mascaras I've tried; I've worn it over mascara all day and even in the shower and the mascara hasn't budged. However, in my experience the waterproofer clumps my lashes together and I need to do a lot of brushing after I apply it to make them look more individuated/defined.
