Horrible Experience
It was recommended by the sales lady to use this product since they were out of my usual brand. I used the Wella the same way as I have always done for the past 15 plus years with my old faithful brand. What a NIGHTMARE! I have well had long waist length hair until using this and I ended up with peachy colored streaks. It took almost two weeks of stripping, toning, and my first ever all over color then trying again to get some highlights to cover up my unwanted all over new color. I spent a ton on reconditioning products. I have natural light brown hair and i ended up with a copper brown to correct and my hair felt like corn silk when it was all said and done. I will never buy this again...
I thought that this would be better to buy since I was going to strip my hair and dye it. I've been dying my hair for about 13 years. I've stripped my hair before. I am in no way new to doing anything as far as coloring to my hair. This did not work at all. It lightened my roots and that is it. Actually, I take that back, it lightened my hair also, but barely. great product
