Urban Decay
When I was preparing for my wedding makeup look, I knew that I did not want to spend a lot of money for one day of makeup. So I headed over to my local Ulta store to find how to get a professional makeup look that would last a long time for not a lot of money. I figured it was better to spend the money on the products rather than the service, then my new makeup collection would be mine to keep. So after looking at a bunch of youtube videos and talking to the consultant at the cosmetic counter at Ulta, I finally settled on the Urban decay line. Previously in my experience, I had shied away from this brand because of how expensive it is. However, I was drawn in by the vast array of colors as well as the promise of the Ulta girl that it would last from first kiss to last dance for my wedding day. I sampled many of the different items available, and finally settled on three eyeshadow colors to construct my ultimate bridal makeup look. I purchased Midnight Cowboy Rides Again, Virgin and a dark brown shade. These gave a me a light, medium and dark shade. Midnight Cowboy is a gorgeous sparkly pink, virgin is a very soft light color, and I was able to make a beautiful look that was both dark and bright and the very same time. The colors of this line blend very well together, and complemented each other. After applying the colors and a set of false eyelashes, paired up with a liquid black eyeliner, I felt like I had a really beautiful look. It showed up well in pictures and really did last all day long. The shimmery colors were shimmery, but the light colors did not shine too much. Wonderful
I love the deluxe UD shadows because I like that the colors are more fun and vivid. As with any UD shadow, you get high quality and high-pigmented shadow that will last you. I love the packaging on these, they're very fun and unique. I love Urban Decay!
These deluxe shadows are great. I have two or three at home. I love that there is a different design on each shade of shadow, and that there is a mirror inside as well. Sometimes the plastic over the design does pop off, but can easily be snapped back into place. The color range is really fun as well. The only thing I like more than UD Eyeshadows...
Are these deluxe eye shadows! I love the packaging so much I have 4 of these bad boys. The pigmentation is somehow even BETTER than Urban Decays other shadows. The pictures on them are fab and I love the tiny mirror in them. These are perfect for travel because they are way more shatter proof than any other eye shadows I own. Very bright colors so be prepared to be NOTICED when you rock these shades. Dramatic Eyes
I really like these eyeshadow colors because they spread easily and add a lot of dramatic color to my eyes. A favorite shadow

Hard to blend

Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadow
These shadows are really pigmented and intense. They apply wonderfully, have a silky texture and build/blend excellently. You don't have to use a lot of product to get great color impact, they are remarkably gorgeous. The little compacts are darling and fit great in a makeup bag in a hand bag, they are like little works of art.
