I use this powder daily
I apply it with a Kabuki brush I got from Too Faced. It gives your skin an allover glow and sets your foundation. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

I can wear the Teak alone.
I really like this product. The packaging is great because it's a screw-top lid (no accidental lid popping off and the powdery contents going everywear). Aveda's color, Teak, is great for Summer because it gives a slightly sun-kissed wash of color BUT it's NOT for everyone...or every time of the year. I tried using Teak in the winter when I am super white and it just looks weird so opt for the translucent. — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

very light and delicate product
I was pleased by the coverage - not heavy and mask like but just enough coverage to get the job done. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Do Not be Fooled by the Teak it's for everyone
OKAYYYY so I was sooooooooooooo happy to find this product . #1 it's inexpensive.. I paid $40 and I've had it for a year and haven't even hit half yet. #2 I use the TEAk which is a yellow based almost translucent powder, and it's amazing, Most makeup should have some amount of yellow in them to be really good foundations for the majority of skin hues and where you cant find it in foundation, you've got the correction in this powder. Becuase a light brush and you no longer look grey or super dooper pink.. and a little goes a really long way. It's reaally light but true yellow powder that works especially well on dark skin tones, And I say that because even when dark skin tones find good foundations, the powders always seem to be less well formulated ( EVEN known ones like Basic Brown from Bobbi Brown) and tend to be pink/reddish undertones basically ruining all of the work of your foundation...But this is definitely a winner, and also pretty economical, I Got all my friends on it, and it's crazy that beign from all different backgrounds/skin tones we can use the same Loose Powder =) — 5 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful
