Miracle for tension and headaches
I keep a bottle at my desk at work. When I have a headache that won't go away, or tension in my neck and shoulders, I apply to my temples and at the top and base of my neck with the handy roller, followed by a quick self massage. The cooling feeling and wonderful smell helps me relax and gets rid of the tension and pain. One of my co-workers suffers from migraines and I gave him some to try.
