Hasn't quite worked yet, but still trying it out

I haven't actually had any relief from headaches or muscle soreness with this product, but I still like it. In my opinion, it's one of those products that you don't really need, but buy because you like Aveda products and hope that this might work. It's got a faint scent, which is quite nice, but you've got to have a supe...r nose to detect the scent for more than a minute or so. I'd like to recommend this balancing oil, but it just doesn't seem that useful. April 28, 2008, 12:19 pm

      Love IT!

Three years ago, I recieved a massage and they recommended using this for tension/headaches. I have been using it ever since. It is great for times that you need to relax. I use it on my temples and back of my neck before going to bed. It leaves no greasy feeling and smells great! It is especially great for headaches/s...inus pain. October 26, 2007, 6:15 am

      Good for relaxing

I keep Blue Oil in my bedside table and apply some to my temples and neck before bed. It really helps me relax and feels great, but I definitely would recommend something stronger for actual muscle relief. I consider this more as aromatherapy. October 13, 2008, 7:39 am

Forget bengay, forget aspirin. Roll this on sore muscles and joints for relief and on your temples for headaches. Natural healing remedy that works! April 23, 2008, 9:25 am

This is the best natural alternative to fighting headaches I have found. My friend tried it on her migraine and it even worked on that. April 19, 2008, 10:44 am
