Three years ago, I recieved a massage and they recommended using this for tension/headaches. I have been using it ever since. It is great for times that you need to relax. I use it on my temples and back of my neck before going to bed. It leaves no greasy feeling and smells great! It is especially great for headaches/sinus pain.10/26/2007

      Hasn't quite worked yet, but still trying it out

      I haven't actually had any relief from headaches or muscle soreness with this product, but I still like it. In my opinion, it's one of those products that you don't really need, but buy because you like Aveda products and hope that this might work. It's got a faint scent, which is quite nice, but you've got to have a supe... It's got a faint scent, which is quite nice, but you've got to have a super nose to detect the scent for more than a minute or so.       This is the best natural alternative to fighting headaches I have found. My friend tried it on her migraine and it even worked on that. April 19, 2008, 10:44 am
