This rates as "okay" for me. I thought I was purchasing a black, but it was really more of a pewter color which I ended up loving. I didn't mind too much because it was a pretty color and the product worked well. It wasn't super long-lasting but it lasted through-out a school day without incident. The consistency was fine, maybe a little on the watery side but it wasn't a huge problem considering how quickly it dries on your lid. This stuff is much like the mascara with the similar packaging. It has the most adorable packaging that makes you feel like a princess using it...however that does not make up for a shoddy product. I found this eyeliner to be very thin and watery.
