I have red/brown hair, so I obviously did not need this! But, my aunt has blonde hair and has been wanting a new shampoo. I got a free sample of it, and sent it to her in the mail. The day she got it, she had been feeling a little down. Not a BAD day, just a day that was like any other and she had been feeling a little self concious about her hair. She said she needed to dye it again and really needed a trim. Then, she went out to the store and EVERYONE said her hair was so pretty and GUESS WHAT???? The whole range of John Frieda is just great...the blonde shades really do make your hair shiny and the colour stand out, while the brunette shades is equally as good. This is a shampoo brand that I have used for years. I have gone to other shampoos but always come back to this one. It is an all-around great shampoo. My hair gets greAt manageability and gets a great shine when others just dull my hair. I am also very picky with scents, And this one has a very pleasant scent and keeps my hair smelling nice for awhile.
