I use this with mascara to go to the gym (other wise I look asleep) no smearing or flaking. I still do short strokes, as with pencil, and i am thrilled with it. Hate it!

Not Favorite
I thought this was going to be great to 'paint' your liner on...WRONG! I always put on my eye shadow, and THEN my eyeliner over. This is my all time favorite eyeliner. You need to make sure you store in upside down, which is not always convenient. If you do not it will dry out quickly. Also do not put on eyeshadow first it does not like to go over eyeshadow.
