If you have color treated hair, this isn't for you. However it does make a wonderful conditioner in the winter when your scalp feels dry or irritated. The peppermint tingle cools and soothes my scalp. Isn't very conditioning as a "hair mask" but would be compareable to a lightweight conditioner. This did nothing special for my hair. I have colored/very dry hair and while this is supposed to help, all it did was leave my hair tangled. It didn't moisture any better than other products I have used.
