Balm is Beautiful!
I was fortunate enough to first try these in a reasonably-priced kit. The colors are deep and rich and highly pigmented. The feel is velvety; they sweep on effortlessly and give you hours upon hours of gorgeous wear. — 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Great!
Their color selections are very nice, and the shimmeriness is just perfect. This goes on silky smooth, and is very highly pigmented. It lets you blend and blend without any flaking nor hint of powderyness. I love this eyeshadow, but the price is slightly high, thus minus a star. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Smooth and pigmented
I really love the balm eyeshadow. It's so soft and smooth. Blends easily and they have terrific colors. They last all day with a primer without fading on me. I am starting to prefer the balm eyeshadow over any other - even urban decay. You get a decent amount of product for the price and little often goes a long way. You can buy the shady lady colors in palettes too. They have 3 great palettes. I actually got a full sized shadow (shameless shanna - a great bronze color) in my My Glam bag recently and I love it! They need to put more balm products on this website to review because the are awesome! — 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

The best eyeshadow I've ever used (no kidding)
I have a palette of these eye shadows and they are amazing! They offer lots of color payoff, apply incredibly smoothly and last all day (over a primer of course!) I know MAC probably has the reputation of making the best shadows out there, but in my opinion, the Balm shadows are even better. The price may be a little high for some, but I think it's worth it, because they are such good quality and I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

The Balm is Da Bomb!
Love this shadow, and I agree with the other ladies...this product is underrated. I never knew about it until I walked into Sephora one day and swatched the tester. WOW! The eyeshadow is amazing. The colors are beautiful and very pigmented. I bought the Shady Lady palette and love all of the colors included. I like the compact design of it and will be taking it with me on trips! — 3 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Great eyeshadow
I picked these up at sephora recently because they looked cute, and I love them so much. It's so smooth and creamy. They apply on more pigmented than they appear in the case. All the ones I bought were slightly shimmery. I was able to use the darker colors as eyeliners. I use UDPP with this and it doesn't crease and lasts for a long time. One downside is there are very few colors to pick from. They come in a cardboard case as pictured with a little mirror on one side of the case. A magnet that keeps the case closed. — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Best shadow you're not using
I completely agree that they're very underrated, I got some shadows on special and when I got home and swatched them on my hand, my jaw dropped. They're silky soft, very pigmented and so blendable. I'm totally hooked =) — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Totally Underated Brand!
These eye shadows are fabulous, but never seem to get talked about. I'll never understand why They have a wonderfully soft texture that makes them easy to apply and to blend. They're very pigmented, last all day long and many of them have a beautiful lightly sparkled (but not glittery!) finish that's irresistible. There's also a good blend of good safe colors and more dramatic shades in their line. The packaging is pretty cute too. My only complaint is that I wish they'd expand as I'd like to see more from them. Seriously, these shadows are as nice as any out there on the market. Easily as nice as MAC or Urban Decay. Also, the Shady Lady Eyeshadow Palette they have available through Sephora is an amazing value for anyone who wants to give this brand a try. For $38 you get 9 nearly full sized shadows! I checked the weight listed on the packaging is 17grams which works out to be 1 .8 grams per shadow. To give you an idea of how big that is, while that's a bit smaller than the amount you get when you buy TheBalm shadows individually MAC's and Urban Decay's regular eye shadows are about 1 .5 grams. So for less than you'd pay for 3 eye shadows of either of the aforementioned brands, you can get 9 of comparable size and quality from TheBalm. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me! — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

My Favorite Eye Shadows!
All the Shady Lady shadows by the Balm are amazing! They stay on really well, and have several good colors. I use them both as shadows & liners. I highly reccomend this product! — 4 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful
