Nivea creme is thick, cheap, and absorbs quickly, so you can go right back to operating heavy machinery after you've applied it. The smell, however, keeps me from being excited about this product. a little greasy.
I have a sample size of this and find it to be greasy. I would not buy the full version b/c the ingredients in this are not natural. I would recommend using this at night before bed. Doesn't soak in
It's nice how thick this stuff is, but I didn't find it to absorb very well at all. I definitely wouldn't use it as a hand cream. I tried it on my legs, and it seemed to leave a wax-like coating on my skin. This forms a barrier more than it truly moisturizes. It's ok for elbows and knees, I guess. Love the Nivea glass jar!
I have used Nivea cream since I was a little girl and I still love it. I always get the little $.99 tin and put it in my purse for any little emergencies I have. I am always on the lookout for the Nivea glass jars but they are hard to find in my area. The amount for the price is amazing and lasts me a long time. The cream smells delicious, non-greasy, and keeps my skin soft all day. All my brothers use this lotion and I find that using this on my husband's skin won't break him out. This is a must have in my purse
I keep these 99 cent tins in my purse and on my desk at all times. I love the convience of these things. Its perfect size. I use it on my hands and cuticles and sometimes even in my hair if I have a ton of flyaways. I bought this for 99 cents on a whim! yeah, big spender, anyway, I really liked it, love the clean smell, liked the way it was absorbed into my skin and left my hands, and elbows very smooth and soft. Great classic
Nivea creme is a great classic moisturizing cream. A little goes a long way and is economical, I like to use it head to to - even my face. I miss the big tins, it was the Nivea signature, but the plastic tub makes it easier to carry (I have had a tin come open in my purse.) I have bought tubs that seem to have more fragrance in them than others ( you could smell it through the foil seal) so I would go ahead and unscrew the cap and smell if you are not sure about the fragrance.
