Doesn't irritate like most chemical sunscreens do, but isn't enough for my dry skin & I don't like the way it smells.

This is one of four sunscreens that I pack in my beach bag. With its thick consistency, it's a better bet for wearing on the beach than wearing under your makeup. Although La Roche-Posay reports that Anthelios is "ideal for sensitive skin" and causes no reaction on my skin, some of my friends have experienced a sensitivity to their eyes after application. Great moisturizer & sunscreen

I was advised by my dermatologist to use this product. Have been using for several years and have no complaints.

Failed Miserably!

My sister and I tested this product on a trip to the Caribbean. We burned -- in just a few hours -- while under umbrellas! The product ran into our eyes and stung and we broke out, too! The next time we ventured into the sun (after much aloe and aspirin) we changed product and were fine the rest of the trip. Don't waste your money!

It blocks more UVA rays than Avobenzone sunscreens alone, but - it's comedogenic!

Anthelios is photostable and offers better broad spectrum coverage than other American chemical sunscreens, using Mexoryl and Avobenzone to block UVAs, and Octocrylene to block UVBs. This make no claims to be non-comedogenic, and--the travesty!--it completely broke me out.
