Great "greener" body wash

When it comes to "green" products, some aren't worth what you pay for them or aren't all that "green". This shower gel is so not in that category! It's 90% natural, it smells awsome (I have Fig and Basil+Lemon), leaves no soapy residue and is nondrying. It doesn't take much to get a poof scrubber full of suds, so my bottles have lasted quite some time. It's not 100% natural since it still contains sodium laurel sulfate (foaming agent that can be irritating to some), but considering all the synthetic junk on the market, I will stick with Korres! — 2 years, 8 months ago

I like this product. It's green, the price is reasonable, it's concentrated. It doesn't dry out my skin but it doesn't add considerable moisture either, but I've yet to find anything that does. I dunno about the anti aging properties that it boasts off, but oh well. It's suds up nice and leaves a faint fragrance on your skin. Just beware the different scents they have and smell it in the store before you buy it. Some are absolutely atrocious. My favorite is quince. — 2 years, 10 months ago

I had never tried Korres products before, but I use a lot of natural brands so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a trio of "summer cocktail" scented shower gels and was very excited to try them out. I just tried the Vanilla Daquiri fragrance....YUCK! It smelled absolutely awful. Nothing even remotely resembling vanilla nor daiquiri. It reeked like old lady potpourri. I got a second opinion from my husband, who agreed that it was downright nasty. I'm almost afraid to try the other two scents in the pack. I give it a couple of stars because there was nothing wrong with its effectiveness as a body cleanser, but the fragrance was so unpleasant that I am stronly considering throwing the rest of the bottle away. — 3 years, 1 month ago

I received Korres' shower gel (the fig scent) as part of a sweepstakes prize. Gel doesn't really describe it. You pour it onto you wash cloth or puff. I can't say I'm wild about the fig scent either; it's smells rather like medicine. — 1 year, 5 months ago

i was impressed by the amount of suds produced and the smell fades pretty quickly. i bought this one in guava, and i just dont think this smells like guava at all. but for four bucks at marshalls, you cant beat that. overall, i wasnt so impressed with the products price tag compared to its product (if that makes sense?? :) — 3 years, 1 month ago

Love smell, non-irritating

I use this daily -- I love the smell and it is not irritating or drying to my sensitive skin. The only con is the price considering the size of the bottle. But with the thick consistency, I don't use too much for each use, so it may last longer (don't know yet). — 3 years, 4 months ago

I am really into the whole natural products thing, not just for face but also for all over body care. So when I got a whiff of the Vanilla Cinnamon body wash, I was hooked on this line for life. An all-around great shower gel

I've tried several of the Korres shower gels, and have been generally pleased--Jasmine is my favorite, but Guava, Basil Lemon and Cedar are also quite good. The only issue--the spice scents don't ring as true as the other scents (Vanilla Cinnamon wasn't spicy enough, and Nutmeg smelled nothing like nutmeg). Overall good gentle lather, attractive minimalist packaging, and some emphasis on natural ingredients. — 3 years, 10 months ago
