'Peacock' foursome colors amazing, but cause itching after 30 minutes

This happened to both my friend and I. I loved the bright blue, green and purples of the fourpack, but they're quite difficult to apply as they don't spread well, and then after a bit our eyelids started to itch. not quite enough pigment for me

surprisingly from this product. as I love everything else I got on my JI haul. Have the jewel box tones (4) colors are gorgeous but not quite enough depth of color. I have to first put a 'base' of BB espresso gel liner then put this on top. This eyeliner is pretty fun to play with. It's good if you like the look that you get when you use eyeshadow to line your eyes. As you add layers, it gets thicker, so if you have a light layer, you can smudge it and make it look very natural, but if you add more, you can have a very dramatic "smoky eye" look.
