Jane Iredael (do I need to say more)

by juniorvars (3 reviews)
Jane Iredale has once again proven itself to be one of the top mineral makeup lines with this blusher. The variety in colours is amazing and it is great for people with darker skin tones (like me).11/16/2007

      My Favorite Blush

Tawny Blush--why Bismuth Oxychloride, why Jane?

So my poor sister just realized that for years, the good for you makeup 'Bare Escentuals' has a cheap filler called Bismuth Oxychloride that 70% of women are allergic to. It causes itching, redness and acne (for her just acne). How did she figure this out? She ran out of foundation, and I let her use my Jane Iredale pressed... October 1, 2008, 10:30 pm So my poor sister just realized that for years, the good for you makeup 'Bare Escentuals' has a cheap filler called Bismuth Oxychloride that 70% of women are allergic to. It causes itching, redness and acne (for her just acne). How did she figure this out? She ran out of foundation, and I let her use my Jane Iredale pressed powder, but she was still using the BE blush, and guess what--a line of horrible blemishes across her cheeks. Anyway, I raved about JI and how clean it is, and she loves the powder, wanted some blush. We wait to buy on ebay cuz it's cheaper, and look up the ingredients just to be sure--and guess what, some, not all of JI's blushes ALSO have the chemical. Why Jaaaane??Why? It's not necessary! Minerals on their own are great for you! Needless to say, we're looking at other options. October 1, 2008, 10:30 pm
