I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and my doctor gave me samples of this shampoo (along with others: neutrogena tar, various head & shoulders formulations, etc.) to help control my symptoms, along with prescription meds. DHS Zinc did a very good job at controlling my scalp itch but it left my scalp a bit dry.
