Horrible - rubs off into little white flakes

    octoberelise (21 reviews)
I couldn't believe this product! You think its going to be this great coast of protective goodness, and then once you apply it, and then rub in all the white goodness- IT TURNS INTO WHITE RUBBERY FLAKES. These flakes don't fall off into the breeze, they clump up on your face. Totally LAME. Do not waste your money. — 3 years ago

    Nope.........

I thought that I finally found a sunscreen that wont make me look shiny but there is a catch. It had sort of matt finish but gives you a white cast like look. If you rub it too much on your face to blend it in then it comes off like little balls very annoying. I wont be buying it , neither will I suggest. — 3 years ago

    Flaky Flaky Flaky

    RosyPosey (21 reviews)
Most SPF sunscreen that i have encountered in the past always make me look like drenched my face with cooking oil or something after a few hours of application (even though it claims to be oil free). That's why i've been looking high and low for a truly oil free sunscreen for the summer. This DDF matte sunscreen seriously promises matte finish through the day--which is great. However, what i don't understand is, it flakes like crazy!! Every time i apply it on my face, it flakes ALL over my face, i even think i might not be getting any sunscreen on my face in the end, after clearing up the flakes. My face isn't even dry to begin with, so why?? Does anyone have a trick or solution to this when they apply it? Please share! Value for money: so-so..it'll be great if i know how to stop it from flaking!! — 3 years, 12 months ago

I bought this hoping for an SPF that wouldn't make my skin oily. This works pretty well actually. The only complaint is that if you don't put it on exactly even, it will come off in white flakes. — 4 years, 5 months ago

    I'm hooked!

    HeidiJN (3 reviews)
I LOVE this product and have used it every day for a couple of years. It gives great everyday sun protection and the "matte finish" is perfect under make-up, keeping my nose and forehead from turning into a shinefest. It tends to get thicker when there's not so much left and I have to check for "lotion plug" smeared into my eyebrows. — 4 years, 5 months ago

    Good daily sun protection

    Kelly03 (3 reviews)
Living in Florida, you have no choice but to apply (and re-apply) sunscreen on a daily basis. I like this product for my combination skin. Be wary if your skin tends to be dry though - this sunscreen is truly matte, and tends to be a little drying. Overall, a good product. — 4 years, 6 months ago
