  Great Product!!!

  This is a pricey product but oh so worth it. Makes your skin look so good!!! It gives you a wonderful glow and keeps you from breaking out. It can actually last you for six months or longer because you just need a very small amount to lather it up. I have combination skin and use it only at night. But when it's that time ...of the month I use it both morning and night to keep from breaking out. Make sure you use a moisturizer containing SPF!!! December 6, 2007, 10:31 pm

  Great for oily skin in the winter

  I have oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin. This product took all my make-up off, including waterproof without residue. This cleanser did not make me break out. I wouldn't recommend for skin types other than oily, because it can be too drying. Now that the weather is getting cooler, I've found that I can no longer use, beca...use it's just too drying, even for my super oily skin. Would re-purchase in the summertime.   Nice glycolic wash

  I'm fifty, with oily skin, and have used sunscreen every day for 20 years, so I've only recently felt the need to add glycolics to my daily routine. This was the first product that I purchased after reading Dr. Leslie Baumann's Skin Solution book. In general I'm happy with it, but it contains licorice extract and ha...s a noticable scent that I find distastful. I will be trying another product when this is used up, trying locate a similar wash without scent. November 30, 2007, 2:11 pm

  fresh and so clean

  I love this products because it cleans with an envirogating scent, is not irritating and yet controlled oil and breakouts like none other. even tiny clogged pores that no one else see but me went away! June 19, 2008, 3:57 pm

  Great Exfloiator

  This cleanser is a great exfoliator, works well for both aging and acne prone skin due to the high percentage of pure glycolic acid. For this reason also, one must be very careful not to over use this product because it can be drying. May 22, 2008, 1:18 pm

  I really like this product, although I'm not sure a cleanser can really do anything for your skin. It does have a tingly feeling and it makes it fun to cleanse your face. So I couldn't really ask for more, and it works well with the rest of DDF Glycolic products. February 26, 2008, 5:01 pm

  Will buy again!

  I received this as a sample from a promotion at Ulta, have used hardly any DDF products in the past, so this was a great way to get me to try it. I have been using the Biore Skin Preservation cleanser for the past 3 months, and have noticed lately that I had bee breaking out WAY more than normal, especially on my forehead ...which I haven't had since high school! I explained this away simply due to a hormone imbalance, but knew it was worse than normal. Then I started using my DDF sample, and within 3 days, my skin smoothed out, the acne melted away, and I don't have to pile on as much makeup to cover the acne. Not to mention the smell is of peppermint, which is very invigorating. I love it, does much more than just cleanse! October 22, 2009, 4:21 pm

  Excellent-- but use a moisturizer

  After 5 years of using Proactiv and eventually seeing no positive results and continuing to break out..this product is the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. While I've grown accustomed to little beads being the exfoliators..after less than a week of using it (I have the 5% wash) I can tell a huge difference in my skin... and old breakouts are slowly disappearing. While I still find it necessary to use a washcloth to exfoliate about 3/4 days a week, this product is well worth the money and is an investment in your own skin. The only problem is not having a strong enough moisturizer. A typical neutrogena oil-free moisturizer has not kept areas around my nose and neck from drying out, so I'm going to have to get something stronger, but I have the MOST oily skin in the world, and it has done an awesome job of keeping my skin more balanced throughout the day...even into the afternoon and evening...although I usually do touch up if I go back out after work.   Great Product

  Very gentle wash, lathers very well, and it really smoothes your skin, making it feel fresh and young and supple, almost like new! The only drawback: the smell- smells like you're having a dental work done. May 28, 2009, 9:15 pm
