Was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised...
I did not think a supplement could help, but after I had used this line's topical regimen for a few months and saw amazing results, I decided to try this product. It took a few weeks to kick in, but I hardly ever broke out at all when I use these. Maybe a tiny pimple every few weeks when I used to have full blown acne. Keep in mind your overall diet(namely sugar intake, hormones, and stress), play a part in acne. When I stop taking these, I get more pimples. I believe it is worth a try.
