Good product for the most part...
When my lips were only slightly dry, this stuff was amazing! A little went a long way. But for the past few months, I've suffering from winter burn on my lips, and not even carmex could make it go away. It does temporarily soothe the dryness, but I thought it'd heal it. And what's ironic is that a month ago, a tiny painful bump started forming on my face, and I used the carmex on it, and it disapp...read moreeared within three days! Very effective, low price!
I agree that it's an oldie but a goodie. I use it before I go to bed to nourish my lips while I sleep. Also, if I feel a cold sore coming on, I start applying this stuff like crazy and the sore never errupts. I'm a Carmex fan!
But I'm not a big fan of the jar form. It's hard to get the product out without getting a wad of it under your fingernails, and then you have to wipe your fingers off so you won't leave a spot on your paperwork, clothes, etc. The stick and tube forms are much easier to use.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Definitely will stay in my collection..
I have just tried this wonder product. No glitz or glam but it works. I use it at night and always wake up with soft, healed lips. I think everyone ends up using it for other conditions. I used it on my rough, cracked and abused elbows. It wasn't a overnight cure but has definitely improved these areas. My friends think I'm a bit of a dumb-dumb for only finding out about this marvel they have been using for years. .. I Like It Alright
