This stuff is great!!
I love Aquaphor. I first discovered it after my dermatologist put me on Accutane, which is severely drying! saved my life!
I used to have a huge problem with chapped lips in the winter. Not only my lips would get chapped, the whole mouth area would go red, dry, chapped, eventually it was getting infected and it looked horrible, I was embarassed to go out, my doctor did not know what it was, i was prescribed steroids and antibiotics, but after I stopped using them, it would come back. One winter, I felt my mouth starte...read mored getting itchy and chapped, so I went to pharmacy to get some Vaseline (which was not helping, but brought relative relief) and the pharmacist recommended Aquaphor to me, she said she uses it on her daughter who has egcema and it works pretty well. I tried it and wow! all the symptoms went away! now i use it every time I feel minor itching and also for the night to keep my skin in good condition. I never had chapped lips ever since. I received a sample in my complimentary Similac diaper bag in the hospital. The stuff is really great for the dry chapped skin babies tend to get on there little hands and faces. good for psoriasis
I first developed psoriasis when I was pregnant with my youngest child in 2001. I developed a very severe case of it and there wasn't much they could do for me because I was pregnant. This was one of the things given to me to use. It is a little messy but I still use it on my psoriasis. It keeps my skin from drying out even more than it already does from the psoriasis. works for anything

My fiance was given samples of this at a drs. visit and we use it now on lips to elbows that are dry and cracking.
