Dramatic Difference for Me!
My sister has used this moisturizer since she was in her early twenties. I tried it about two years ago. I like the texture; while it's creamy, it absorbs instantly and hydrates well. I live in the desert and my skin dries up sooo easily. This has done a great job to keep my skin soft and it has decreased the amount of flaking of my skin. It absorbs easily and quickly, and it feels refreshing to have on. It also feels lightweight on my skin and doesn't weigh it down. i love it!

Depends on your skin type
This facial lotion is not for everyone. When I was a teen and my face was with much more oily skin, I used Clinique Moisture In-Control Oil-Free Lotion. Then, my skin became a combination of oily and dry so I started using this Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. It is somewhat heavier, thus, I like to use it during dry & cold winter. But in summer and when I have acne breakout, I use Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer Oil Free. In summary, Dramatically Different is completely up to your skin. Great for my skin!
I have acne prone skin and I found I had the best results when I cut back on "treatment" type products and switched them out for products mean for normal or combination skin (as opposed to products for acne prone skin). I put this on at night, but not even every night, only if I've washed my face and notice some dry patches. It evens my skin back out after just one or two uses and it doesn't cause any breakouts or greasy feeling. Mega Smooth
The Megasize DDML with the pump is quite the value. If you buy the DDML anyway, this size will last you forever. It only take two pumps and I can spread the smooth, fragrance-free lotion onto my face and throat to moisturize all day or night with its goodness. Great for winter!
I don't use this regularly as it is to thick for my oily skin so I prefer the gel version but this is great for winter because my skin gets so dried out in my cheeks and sometimes the gel isn't enough. My mom's also been using this for years because she has dry skin. Great for Nighttime Use

Good moisturizer
This does provide moisture, just not enough moisture for my always dehydrated skin. I can use it in conjunction with moisture surge though and that works well.
