I live in the desert and my skin dries up sooo easily. This has done a great job to keep my skin soft and it has decreased the amount of flaking of my skin. It absorbs easily and quickly, and it feels refreshing to have on. It also feels lightweight on my skin and doesn't weigh it down. This facial lotion is not for everyone. When I was a teen and my face was with much more oily skin, I used Clinique Moisture In-Control Oil-Free Lotion. Then, my skin became a combination of oily and dry so I started using this Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. It is somewhat heavier, thus, I like to use it during dry & cold winter. But in summer and when I have acne breakout, I use Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer Oil Free. In summary, Dramatically Different is completely up to your skin.
