This is shea butter in a solid form that has an invigorating citrus fragrance. The plastic container is approximately 1 inch in diameter and 2-3 inches tall. I love massaging shea butter into my heels and my cuticles before bedtime. This is one of the best versons of it I have ever used. A word of caution: this must be stored and used at room temperature. It it gets too warm - like left out in the sun - it will liquefy.10/27/2007
