Aveda Rosemary Mint Conditioner Reviews

Rosemary mint conditioner
I hate this product. It did not condition my hair - instead it made it tangly. I took it back. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not my favorite
I liked the scent but I didn't feel like it did the greatest job detangling my hair. It was kind of runny, not too thick. I would have liked a rich and creamier conditioner better. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

I love the scent
I really like the scent and invigorating tingle I get from the rosemary mint but I need more moisture. My hair doesn't feel as smooth and silky as with other aveda conditioners. — 5 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Decent Conditioner
I love the scent of rosemary and mint. It is very soothing and relaxing. But this is a conditioner for normal to fine hair. I have damaged thick hair, this does not give deep conditioner that I want. There are conditioners that do the better job for less prices. — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Doesn't actually condition
Seriously. This conditioner doesn't condition hair. When you put it on, you can feel right away that it isn't absorbing. My hair was stringy and tangled after I used this. — 4 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

It smells nice but not for my hair...
It dried out my hair, which is odd for a conditioner. I think b/c my hair is fine, it's a bit too concentrated on my hair type. I like the smell though, very light and fresh. — 2 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Meh.
This conditioner is too light. Combing my hair, I had to plow through tangles each time. I like the smell though! But it's practically worthless. I don't have particularly dry or curly hair either, but it might work better on those looking for light conditioning. The price is reasonable for a salon product though, and Aveda's business ethics rocks. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great scent, not-so-great conditioning
This conditioner smells awesome, but it isn't very moisturizing. My hair felt tangly after using it. It might work for someone looking for very light conditioning or someone with short hair (my stylist says it's popular with men), but it didn't work for me and I wouldn't buy it again. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Dries out scalp
The rosemary mint shampoo/conditioner combo have proven to be the worst combo I ever tired. Within days of using them, my scalp was unbearably dry and itchy. I attribute that to the shampoo (?), but the conditioner did little or nothing to add softness or shine to my hair, either, so it may have been drying me out as well. In fact, my hair looked duller and I swear it got more brittle. I gave the set to my son, but he also got dry and itchy in a matter of days so we threw this stuff out. What a shame. It smells great! — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Review subject
I have been a steady customer of Aveda (Victoria) for 4 years, and I have had very few complaints about their shampoo/conditioners, therefore, I am going to say that I have tried Rosemary-Mint and I found it worked fine with my hair. I am not going to say that all their products work for everyone, because everyone's hair is different from others, so it is up to the individual to find the right conditioner/shampoo meant for their particular hair type. Good Luck! — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
