A Nice, Effective Powder
The powders I use are chosen carefully, as too many can be aging and drying. I was fascinated when Physician's Formula came out with "CoverToxTen50" powder specifically to disguise wrinkles, firm skin, and help disguise age spots. The chemistry made sense: Physician's Formula uses GABA, a muscle relaxant naturally occurring in the body, to calm facial muscles (much like the way BOTOX works). BV-OSC™, an active form of Vitamin C, helps to encourage the synthesis of collagen, which keeps skin firm. The brush which comes with the compact isn't highly useful, so I substituted a kabuki brush instead and worked this over my complexion in circles. I liked the coverage (gentle radiance), and there was a softening of some of the furrows just beginning to appear. Physician's Formula claims that there is a 50% improvement in five minutes (and I saw it). After ten days of continuous use, skin is 90% visibly smoother. less redness

Okay but will not purchase again
I can't get over the fact that there is almost a stinging sensation about a minute after applying this. I expected there would be slight tingling due to the wrinkle therapy but it's not something I will use ongoing. not perfect but decent
I've been using Bare Escentuals for about two years now and for awhile now have noticed the mica in it drawing attention to my pore size and other imperfections and have been looking for a mica free 100% mineral powder with good reviews to replace it with. However, the search has been hard and I decided I couldn't continue using my BE (at least solely) so I picked this up at the drug store on a whim while waiting for a script for my son. While it doesn't seem to work as well at acting as a concealer type foundation powder like BE does, it DEFINITELY seems to not only not draw attention to my pore size and other imperfections, it actually does a wonderful job at helping them to nearly disappear to the eye. I now have been using a combination of my BE (as a concealer primarily) and this until I can find something to replace them that is natural. A plus in my book

Love this as a finishing powder
I read about this powder on another beauty forum as being similar to Smashbox's Halo so I had to try ti. I like it better than Halo. It gives me a great finish without the sparkle. Best makeup product I have ever used.
I don't remember where I bought it. I have looked everywhere and I can't find it. This is the first time I have looked on the internet to find anything. This is how much I feel this makeup has improved the apperance of wrinkles. I don't have the money to medically make the wrinkles go away. But this product makes them visually go away and that is good enough for me. Thank you for creating a product for the everyday woman. Does a great job!
I tried this powder six months ago and am still using it at this time. It provides great coverage and covers any imperfections well. It also makes my fine lines less noticable and controls shine most of the day..not to mention how soft my skin feels after applying it.
