This product wasn't bad. Interesting feel to it. You do have to rub a while to get it to work. As for firming, I was not in desparate need for that and only used it for a couple of weeks so I couldn't say. However, I can say that instead of spending the money, try using simple vasaline, you know the petroleum jelly. My grandmother used it and now that is what i use. Ok Lotion
At first this lotion has a good smell. After a while the smell starts to turn horrid. The lotion does work good for moisture but nothing beyond that.
