I have stopped using it and will not buy or use it again, even though I still have a couple of unused bottles. My skin broke out in a rash and other than that I felt no changes. - This highly absorbable and fat soluble form of Vitamin B1 is a new nutritional defense against the effects of skin and body destroying glycation.
