Nice Eyeliner
I have been a fan of Physicians Formula products for over a year now and I have to say this eyeliner works great for me. Goes on smooth, and the built in smudger is easy to cotrol exactly how much you want to smudge in your line. (Great for on the top of the eyelid) I also love the built in Sharpener with is actually built into the cap on the smudge part of the eyeliner. I love the fact it has a cap over it, keeping the shaving leftovers inside instead of on your fingers. Not bad

Don't Like It

Good liner
Good for those of you who think talc is a no-no. I borrowed this from a friend of mine who has sensitive skin, and to tell you the truth, liner is liner to me. The liner went on smooth and didn't break or crumble. The smudger is nice and helps to create a smoky look, or just tone the line down a little. I like it, but I can get results from a cheaper liner. I don't have sensitive skin, so it's all liner to me.
