I have been a fan of Physicians Formula products for over a year now and I have to say this eyeliner works great for me. Goes on smooth, and the built in smudger is easy to cotrol exactly how much you want to smudge in your line. (Great for on the top of the eyelid) I also love the built in Sharpener with is actually built into the cap on the smudge part of the eyeliner. I love the fact it has a cap over it, keeping the shaving leftovers inside instead of on your fingers.
