Sheer and powdery
This is a great deal esp if you buy it on BOGO sales. It goes on rather sheer, which gives you a hint of color without any streaking. It may be too powdery for dry skin or dark skin tones. It's better for oilier skins with light skin tones. Great bargain if it's right for you.
