YUCK! I love primers, but this one is the pits for combination skin. It made my face look oily and honestly like a teenager whose hormones are whacked out. It even stung when I first applied it, and I chalked it up to using a different lotion. I was totally wrong when I started using this over my "normal" face lotion. Totally disappointed with this product as well as with the price. NP change the formula for people with combination skin and bring your price down! Love it, but not ready to commit
The sample of this product lasted over a week, during which time people kept complimenting my "dewy complexion." I definitely credit this primer. It's a slam-dunk for dry skin, offering hydration and a smooth surface on which to apply foundation, resulting in a more natural look. I hesitate before buying it again, however, because of the over-the-top price. Love, Love, Love!
I can't live without this, I've tried every primer out there, this is by far the BEST!!!! It's not too thick, its not too light its just perfect! Plus it has an Australian flower extract that fights against bacteria in it, so it does not make you break out at all! Great under makeup for pictures or just as a moisturizer with a little bronzer over it! Amazing product, as most of Napoleon Perdis products are! I can't go without this anymore!
I was never really into the whole priming thing until I tried this product. It feels great on your skin, sometimes I don't even have to use moisturizer! BEST PRIMER EVER!!!
This primer is so unique and it totally delivers. I love the fact that its gel based and it has vitamins and herbal extracts! It feels smooth and really makes your make-up last all day! It will not make you feel greasy like other primers, but instead your hydrated and glowy!! Not to Prime is a Crime!
I love the clever Napoleon Perdis quote on the packaging "Not to Prime is a Crime!" Auto Pilot is by far my favorite primer on the market. When I travel, I even use it in place of moisturizer. It sets my makeup so beautifully and it gives my skin the smooth texture it really needs. A little bit of primer goes a long way. Prime time!
I totally disagree with the reviewer who says it does nothing to prime your face. I never knew what a primer was until I was at Napoleon Perdis getting a "make-over". The girl put some on my face before doing anything and it felt great. Went on smooth and felt light. My face felt great and I think it helped the make-up look fresh all day. Flawless all day
I put this on in the morning after my moisturizer and under my MAC studio fix powder and 15 hours later it looks like I just did my makeup. I even use it on my eyelids as a shadow primer and it doesnt crease, doesn't run, doesn't fail all day even in humid beach weather. The smell isn't fabulous but what it lacks in aroma it makes up for in doing exactly what it says it will. Okay
