Love the Concept

by mdejesus (24 reviews)
The concept and the shades are genius. The product is ok. It is an oil-free, but still contains parabens that give it almost a greasy texture. I have sensitive skin and was worried by the texture, but this product did an adequate job pampering my skin and didn't cause any added irritation. This stuff takes forever to dry on the skin. It also claims to be full-coverage, but it would be very VERY painstaking to get full coverage from this product. I think I'd have to apply in it layers and dry it with a hairdryer to get enough of it to stick on to my skin to get full coverage. On the other...12/11/2007

I didn't see it listed here. another reviewer commented on how this contains parabens. this one does not-maybe its reformulated, but they don't sell another type at my Ulta. Anyhow - I love this - I have it in Medium. its definately light coverage, and I actually use the darker shade to mask under eye circles. I dab the lighter shade on areas I want a little more coverage and blend in the under eye area. I love that this is in a gorgeous bright red compact, I keep it in my purse for late afternoon touchups. It comes with a sponge applicator and the bottom tray its located in is vented, so you can moisten it or wash it and it won't get funky. I dont think it is anything I would wear every day. there isnt much product for $35, but its great to wear when I'm feeling lazy or on the go. February 15, 2008, 9:27 am

Great concept, not so great to use

      by tyneside24 (4 reviews)
Two shades seems like a really great idea. However, the halves are so small you can't reasonably use either. Unless you are super skilled, highlighting and shading with foundation is a disaster. January 30, 2008, 1:14 pm
