Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Bronzer, Blush & Eye Shadow Reviews

3 for 1 affordable price
You can use this as bronzer, eye color and cheek color. What I like about this product is I can be creative with the colors. I mix dark and light colors to create a highlighting effect. All the five colors are not too intensive (depending on your skin color) so you may have to apply several times. I wish the applicator or brush comes with it. — 4 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

shimmery
This is a nice bronzer for summer. The colors are pretty. It is good as eyeshadow- goes very well with tan. I'm not sure about using it as a bronzer or blush for the face, since it has a lot of shimmer, but it is quite pretty for the body. Good product, definitely worth trying. — 10 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Nice colors
These shimmery shades are great as bronzers, but I prefer these as eyeshadows the most because of the great shimmer shades. However it's not finely milled, so it may flake a little into your eyes if you don't use a primer. I also love the fact that I can apply these to my lids using my finger and goes on very easily (again, using a primer first). Since it's affordable, it gets extra stars. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 6 people said helpful

Yes yes yes
These are great, one sweep and your done with the cheeks. You can use them as lovely shimmer eyeshadows as well. I love playing around with all the color combos you can create with this. Super fun for the summer. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 8 of 14 people said helpful

Not as soft as I expected.
This shimmer strips product is a good multipurpose product, in theory. They have bronze, rosy, and peachy colors. They are shimmery like most everything that Physicians Formula does. I am surprised at how soft this product is NOT. Their eye shadows and powders are usually really good texture wise. I find this product to be very difficult to swatch and even my brush has a difficult time picking up the product. It does offer a nice subtle glow that isn’t too glitter disco ball like. The multi purpose use of this product is great as you can take it on a trip and have your eye shadow, blush, highlighter and bronzer in one compact. Another problem I have with the shimmer strips is that the strips are quite narrow. This makes using individual colors more difficult. I find it to be a product I don’t want to use, because it is so difficult. I would be much happier with a softer formula. I think I will save up and spend more on a higher end brand. — 10 months, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Bronzer, Blush & Eye Shadow
I liked these so well, I bought 4. I have Riviera Strip/Sand Bronzer, Miami Strip/Healthy Glow Bronzer, Sunset Strip/Bronzer, and Malibu Strip/ Pink Sand Bronzer. They are so versatile and each collection is very nicely coordinated as well. You can use each strip of color individually or mix them, they work so well together. The shimmer is nice, and gives a subtle glow. I have used them as eye shadow as well as blush and bronzer, and they last very well, no eye shadow creasing or smudging, and they don't fade off into some weird orange color. They are nicely pigmented, are very silky in texture and apply really nice, they are blendable and buildable, and I had a great bargain, my local pharmacy had bogo and coupons, so they were really a great deal. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

Waikiki Strip
You get so many options when using this little guy. Only warning is use a light hand when using it as a bronzer - a little goes a long way and it can start to look a little too sparkly. — 3 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

too much shimmer
I thought this would be a great two-in-one product (bronzer and eye shadow). While it makes for a good shadow, I thought that as a bronzer it was too shimmery. No matter how little product I put on the blush brush, it still looked unnatural on me. I thought I looked like a Vegas showgirl. Also, I had major problems with this caking. I always had to scrape a thin layer off every time I used this. I ended up throwing it away after a while. Good thing it wasn't that expensive. — 2 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Too much glitter.
I tried using this as a bronzer, but there was just too much glitter in it. I then tried them separately as eyeshadow, and it wouldn't stay on but for a few hours. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful
