I've had this brush for 5 years! I've bought new brushes but never get rid of this one. It is truely the best brush I have ever used. I am so sad that Prescriptives isn't around anymore. I wash my brush every other day and it has lasted so long. I never thought I'd be hooked on a brush but this foundation brush is addictive. I will never use my fingers again. Remember, the point is to lay foundation ON your skin not INTO your skin. The foundation brush by prescriptives is one of the best of it's kind. I've even tried other foundation brushes from other lines and "cheaper" ones and this one takes the cake. It is a MUST HAVE! Not only can you use it to apply ANY type of foundation (liquid, cream, stick, powder), but you can use it to apply your serums and primers too! I don't mind paying a little extra for this brush. It is definitely worth the money. I wash mine out every day with a little bit of face cleanser (to remove the makeup) and a little antibacterial soap.
