:)
awesome, this lotion smells great and moisturizes like a dream, it's creamy, thick and smooth and never leaves an oily feel on my skin, I love it and I doubt there's any other drug store brand that could top it. I even add my own perfume to it and it blends and mixes well. — 2 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful

great deal
my mom, who is obsessed with st ives, bought this for us and it is now her daily moisturizer. the oatmeal smells veryyy good, but is not overpowering for everyday use. the consistency isn't too thick or runny either. when i used this, my arms and elbows were super soft even at the end of the day. love it! — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 6 people said helpful

This lotion is really great. I've had adverse reactions to several lotions but this one was great from day 1. I use on both my face and my body. It doesn't leave an oily residue and smells great. — 1 year, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Best Budget Lotion
This is my go to moisturizer for when I'm looking for something less expensive. The oatmeal is very calming. It's a bit on the thick side, but it soaks into the skin rather nicely. It doesn't feel greasy and there's no residue left behind. There are tons of different types to choose from, but this one is my favorite. There is also a tube version which I love to travel with. The formula is so good, you really can't go wrong here! — 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Bargain
This is an incredible lotion for the price. The bottle is enormous and lasts a long time. This has a fairly sweet but inoffensive smell. Most importantly, it moisturizes very well. I think it is soothing as the name promises. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but I have no irritation after shaving from this. Certainly recommend. — 8 months, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Soft, Pretty Skin
Just bought this and love it! I think I may have bought a similar product by St Ives but maybe they've improved it? This lotion is amazing and my dry skin loves it. It's rich and smooth with zero greasiness or heaviness. It absorbs into my skin quickly and easily and there is a faint, pleasant fragrance that is reminiscent of vanilla - the scent doesn't interfere with my fragrance nor does it stay on my clothes. My skin is left baby-soft and smooth and stays that way until I go to bed. I was using Dove Cream Oil, but this is SO much better ~ in quality and price. Love it! — 1 month, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Must buy!
St. Ives Natural Soothing Oatmeal&Shea Butter Body Lotion will "wrap your skin in soothing hydration with this award winning lotion. Natural ingredients help deliver long lasting relief from itchy, dry skin. This formula, with oatmeal and natural rich shea butter, nourishes and intensely hydrates the skin for immediate relief while it works to restore your skin back to health." St. Ives says that this lotion is dermatologist tested, safe for sensitive skin, vegan friendly, and paraben and phthalate free. I received two huge 21fl oz (621ml) bottles of this lotion from Free Beauty Events. This lotion retails for between $5-6, a fair price for such a large amount of product. St. Ives does not test on animals, but they are owned by a parent company that does (Unilever). This body lotion was made in America. St. Ives Oatmeal&Shea Butter Lotion comes in a recyclable, opaque, white bottle topped off by an orange cap with a white pump. I'm not particularly fond of the pump, it tends to get stuck and clog. The label is quite appealing, it features the St. Ives logo, the product name, and images of oats and cubes of solid shea butter. Turn the bottle around and you'll find a product description, the St. Ives ~philosophy~, a full ingredient list, and more. I love brands that include lots of information on their packaging. Good job St. Ives, just work on that pump. St. Ives Naturally Soothing Oatmeal&Shea Butter is a thick, creamy, white lotion. Despite it's thickness, it absorbs quite quickly, but can be kinda stubborn to smooth over the skin. I feel like I use a lot of lotion with each application (ex: 3 pumps per leg), but I don't seem to go through a bottle very quickly. St. Ives promises intense moisture and it really delivers. This lotion leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and sufficiently hydrated without a hint of greasiness. The moisture lasts a full 24 hours. I barely even feel the need to reapply it to my hands more than twice a day, which is pretty impressive. St. Ives Oatmeal&Shea Butter lotion has a soft, generic, lotiony scent that may stem from the shea butter, I'm not sure. There isn't a whole lot to say about St. Ives Naturally Soothing Oatmeal&Shea Butter Body Lotion. It's great, very moisturizing with a light scent. It's not really a product to get excited about though, it's a basic lotion that gets the job done well. The value is phenomenal, the high point of the product in my opinion. You get enough lotion to last you months for just a few bucks. If you're on the market for a super moisturizing, super affordable, fairly natural body lotion, I recommend any of St. Ives lotions, I trust and recommend this brand as a whole. — 2 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful
