This product works OK -- even better if you keep it in the refrigerator to achieve a more instaneous reduced puff look. If you're looking for a product that reduces puffery instantly (within 5-10 minutes) try using Clinique's All About Eyes. I happened upon this product as a freebee at the Clinique counter while purchasing another product. I used it right out of the shower -- on a clean face, dri...read moreed my hair and then started applying my makeup. Only then did I realize that my eyes looked dramatically different. By the way, this also works fabulous if you have puffing around a blemish area (swelling), the nasolabial fold and the puffing some people get at the edges of the mouth (not on the lips - just the puffing I personally get as I age -- I know, weird). As for the nasolabial fold, doctors would usually fill in those lines with restalyne, so obviously what I'm describing here seems contrary, but using the anti-puff above that line --concentrating from the top of the line near the nose and swipe downward (again, above the deep line) -- it really works, but wait a good 10 minutes before applying makeup. Btw, be sure to work in the product by using the roller ball-- rolling in a circular motion and probably overapplying, but I'm going for perfection here. Some will tell you that hemorrhoid cream will work best. It hasn't been the case for me, honestly. It's also thick and looks cakey with makeup. I've had problems with puffing only, but after using the All About Eyes, it really was the only product that made a big difference and I have tried everything available, both expensive and inexpensive. For those of you interested in a flawless beauty routine for the holidays, here goes: For those of you who use a light moisturizer do it before the following steps and avoid the areas where you've applied the All About Eyes. Also, if you use the moisturizer for an SPF, no need if you do the following: I use Avon's MagiX Face Perfecter (it's very inexpensive and much better than all of the other department store products) as a Primer in SPF 20. It's around $10 -- sometimes cheaper when it's on sale in which case, I stock up. Apply this after a good 10-15 minutes after you've worked in the All About Eyes and it has absorbed well. Then I only use a dot and blend technique of a "pancake" type concealer (I use Cover FX) for redness/unevenness around eyes, nose and any other problem areas. I use no foundation (honestly in my mid-40s it seems to make any small creases and wrinkles look worse). I then apply Clinique's Superpowder Double-face all over with a Kabuki brush and make sure everything blends well. Use this process as a perfect building block before applying whatever eyes, lips and blush (I use a powder blush because I can more easily manipulate/blend it with less streaking). The rest is your preference -- I use a matte lipstick and cat eyes for a dramatic look. I bought this a Bath and Body because I had a $10 off coupon and I do like it. Its not ground breaking like La Mer or Chanel, but it does help with puffiness if you put it in the refrigerator. Depuffs and brightens
I used it religiously in the morning to wake my eyes up. I tried several "depuffing" creams and gels before finding this one. It is a deal for the $$. Better than the more expensive products. Totaling amazing!
I've just been using this for 3 days and I can already see a difference in my under eye puffs. They have practically disappeared! I've tried a number of other products with no visible results after using them for weeks.
