pretty floral, the fragrance of 1000 flowers
I do not care for many perfumes. If I wanted a floral perfume, this is the one I would choose. It is accurately described as the fragrance of 1000 flowers. It is reasonably priced and lasts all day. I like the sheer version because it is lighter than the original, and I do not like when my fragrance enters a room before me. I'm not a fair person
I'm not a fair person in reviewing this fragrance. My mother and aunt wear this perfume so it's not something I would wear myself. It's very floral so keep that in mind when you check it out. Lasts all day and stands up to the name
I don't particularly care for Beautiful because it is a little too floral and heavy for me but this is a very nice scent for summer. Not heavy. Lasts all day and I get compliments on it always. Beautiful by Estee Lauder is a very grown-up fragrance. I think if someone under the age of 25 tried to wear it, it'd smell freaky. I actually prefer to put this on a good hour or two before I'm going to be smelled, cause I do so love the dry down on this over the top notes. To me the top notes feel a bit dated, kinda 80's in that power suit with Reeboks kinda way. Perfume for those that don't normally wear it
I can't recall why I ever really bought this perfume to begin with since I never wear them. I'm thinking perhaps I wanted to attempt to just once more in life for when I went out. I was using testers and came across this one. I LOVED it from the get go. The first thing I thought was about my grandmother, which was a good memory. You can even wear it layering (using other branded items like the shower gelee, lotion, powder, etc..) because it isn't so strong. Last's All Day!
I have been a fan of "Beautiful" for many years. This is my favorite scent, because it is a light flowery smell, clean & fresh all day. It never overpowers, or leaves a heavy smell. I think that a lot of women "get compliments" on this fragrance not so much because it is a great scent, but because at least it is something to smell. The scent of so many other fragrances wear out after a couple of hours these days. So it is very lasting, which is a good thing, but I think that the scent itself is just average, and it seems so common with everyone wearing it anymore.
