      Moisturizing

      by smiley48 (136 reviews)
I wasn't sure how I would like this, I am not a huge fan of the idea of smelling like a grape. I was pleasantly surprised it looks like a regular shower gel and then foams when you put it on your skin. It made my skin softer, and moisturized. The smell is still not my favorite but I think the product is great. May 20, 2008, 11:02 am

October 7, 2008, 3:31 pm Pure decadence and lux in a plastic bottle! I heart L'Occitane's Grapeseed Shower Oil!!!!! This is a mainstay in my shower routine. Anywhoo, I was afflicted by dry skin in the summer and nothing could alleviate the tight feeling. I didn't want to resort to the heavier creams that I use in the winter nor did I want to use a heavy oil either. I was persuaded by the L'Occitane saleswoman to try it out. Since I am the set type of person, I bought both the lotion and the shower gel together. I went home and couldn't wait to strip down for the shower! I immediately noticed that the oil didn't really lather up that much BUT I definitely noticed smoooooth and moisturized skin. I was so moisturized that I didn't even need a lotion afterwards!! My ex boyfriend even commented about the smoothness! I was even moisturized the next day when I woke up! At $26, this is NOT cheap so I reserve it for those special occasions and alternate w/other products! October 7, 2008, 3:31 pm
