This high shimmer powder is very high in sparkle and shimmer, that all you need is very little tiny bit. It comes in a sifter that tends to put out too much, and if you ever invert the container, it makes a huge mess, so using this neatly is almost impossible. Subtle shine

I was amazed at how this is not your average glittery powder. Since I am older now (sigh), I feel like I have gotten to a point where it is getting harder and harder for to pull off glitter on a night out. This, however, works. It's shimmery without being "in-your-face". I especially love Sugar Daddy. You can apply a light dusting or layer it for a more intense look. If you are like me and past the glitter days, then this is definitely something to have in your collection. Tarte named it right by calling it a glistening powder.
