We're skeptical of any product with an exclamation point in its name, but this little pencil actually is a pretty good time. It glides on extraordinarily easily, gives intense color and somehow doesn't fade throughout the day. It gets a bonus point for the sponge tip at the end that turns crisp lines smudgy and smoldering pretty easily. Check the forecast before applying; it has a tendency to run in humid weather.

I have had this several years and must let it go now. But as far as eyeliners go, I really liked it. I only line my top lid (if I do underneath my eyes, it just runs so I stopped). i love how this eyeliner actually glides on super easy and it comes in many colors to have fun. Its glides like butter!!. and surprisingly it does not run of easily and its pretty waterproof. Tried using it while swimming. Stays on unless you rub it with a towel of course. The smudge tip helps creating a smudge smoky eye effortless.
