Lush Jungle Conditioner Reviews

I Looked Like "Jane" from "Tarzan!"
After hearing amazing reviews of Lush products and being pleased with their "Big" shampoo, I was all-too-anxious to try this. The smell was refreshing. But application is like boot-camp training. I soaked the bar, as directed, and the conditioner lay on top of my hair and wouldn't penetrate. In short, I had oily, greasy, and yet still brillo-like tresses. Lush, you should be ashamed of yourself! — 2 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

An eco-friendly option
The environmentally savvy will appreciate the novelty that is Jungle: solid conditioner = no packaging. Also, it smells incredible. For my super short hair, all I have to do is get it wet and rub it on my hair when I'm in the shower. I let it absorb while I shave, and then rinse it out. It always leaves me hair soft and my conscience clear. — 3 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

Works well as a leave in too...
I have natural coily hair. I use this product ever so often in my CO wash routine. After I rinse it out I take just a little between my palms and rub as a leave on for additional conditioning. Then I style as usual. If you use to much of it it will leave flakes so a little is all you need when using it as a leave in. Additionally I try not to rinse all of it out before the end of the shower. It smells great too. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

I Love This Conditioner
This conditioner leaves my hair soft and full and it smells wonderful. I've never had the problems that some others have mentioned and my hair is thick and long. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Amazing if you just listen to the sales staff!
My Boyfriend and I are Jungle addicts, the only reason I haven't given it 10 stars is the price. All you have to do is take your chunk and cut it up into pea sized pieces, then keep them in a container in your shower, out of the water, you don't need to soak it, nor do you want to. Then when your hair is wet just take a piece get it wet and smoosh it in your palm, then rub your hands together until it turns into a nice white creamy paste, then rub it into your hair. My boyfriend and I both bleach and dye our hair so we need a high performance conditioner, this makes our hair perfectly soft and silky, AFTER it's dry. Since Jungle doesn't coat your hair in silicones it doesn't feel like it's worked until your hair is dry, besides, you should never brush your hair when wet, so you should wait for it to dry to style it anyway! But anyway, this is an amazing product and it smells great! — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful

Meh.
This was a disappointment, to say the least. I don't know if it depends on your hair type (I have incredibly thick curly hair), but this product didn't seem to work. Mind you, I desperately wanted it to because I love the idea of Shampoo and Conditioner sans packaging, but it just doesn't seem worth it with this product. It didn't absorb in to my hair at all, and I even tried letting it soften in a bowl of hot water before using it. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Alright...
This is a good buy if you have relative thin-medium thick hair. It DOES mosturize my ends and is lightweight, however it takes a few tries to get the hang of it. If you have long or thick hair, you actually have to use quite a bit of this/ Good, but not if you have thick or long hair -- its great for short haired people — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
