One of the best ever created!
This is an absoute genius of a product. The formula is so effective that when I just touched my eye slightly with a cotton ball containing biphase, everything came off-- eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara (waterproof). It leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed and it's not greasy, oily or sticky.
