Great fragrances
This soap comes in several different fragrances, my favorite is the verbena. The lavender and milk are nice too. I have several stashed in bureau drawers as it is well scented, and will leave a trace of fragrance on your skin too. All L'occitane Products are Excellent
My mother would roll over in her grave if she ever saw a $10.00 bar of soap. Times have surely changed. A great soap for the whole family
After much searching, I've finally found a soap that both my husband and I can use. And, a soap that we both like to use. He loves extra-strong soaps (like Irish Spring or Dial), and I need a gentle, hypo-allergenic soap with a light scent. We could never agree on what soap to use, so I had to buy two. That was, until we stayed a great hotel that gave out complimentary L'Occitane products. We used the Verbena extra-gentle soap for a week, and we both loved it. The scent is clean and the soap itself is moisturizing without feeling greasy. When we got home, I ordered several bars of soap from L'Occitane. We're both happy now. I just sent some to my mother for Christmas, and she loves it, too. Her skin is even more sensitive than mine. The price seems high, but the larger sized bar is HUGE. It's like 3 bars worth of other soap, and it lasts over a month for two people. If you're like me, buying different soaps for each person in your home gets costly. A true classic
I am addicted to all things with shea butter and this lovely line of soaps by LÓccitane is right at the top of my list. Love 'em!

Exceptional moisturizing
Having a bar soap in the shower can be a real time saver, but a good bar is hard to find for dry, extremely sensitive skin. This is the best bar soap I've used by far! Very nice soap
