Aveda Be Curly Curl Enhancer Reviews

Just Okay
leo1999 (560 reviews)I think drug-store products work as well, if not better than this one, and for the price, I don't think it's worth it. It gave a little moisturizing. Maybe it was the wheat complex. But I didn't find the curls more defined like you see in the picture. It makes me think, "Is this REALLY the product being used for these fabulous curls?" Perhaps I'm using it wrong. So if you'd like to moisturize frizzy hair and then scrunch it while still damp to get better results, then purchase an Aveda product that's mediocre. But if you want to save a few bucks, go to your local drug-store. — 2 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 5 people said helpful

Curl Control
Stef42678 (479 reviews)This is a great formula for anyone with curly hair. This product contains aloe to make your hair shiny and smooth and helps keep your curls tight and under control. The best thing about this solution is that it controls frizz to keep your curly hair looking great. — 3 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

great curls
iggymama (295 reviews)I like the be curly cream. I have naturally curly, shoulder length hair and this really brings out my curls. You have to experiment to see how mush you need for your hair and I sometimes I combine it with Citre Shine serum for extra frizz protection. It's a little pricey so I don't use it everyday. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Doesn't create or enhance curls
teshie (396 reviews)I had my doubts as soon as I realized this product had a lotion-y texture, but I gave it several tries before giving up completely. Be Curly weighed down my hair, making it flat, and it didn't coax any curls out of my wavy-but-almost-curly hair. It smoothed my frizz and I loved the smell, but it doesn't work. — 3 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

My Favorite Curl Creme!
megan1118 (25 reviews)This leaves my hair smooth, frizz free, defined, and smelling divine. I have tried a lot of curl products and this is the best. I add to wet hair, blow dry almost all the way, brush, add more and scrunch. It leaves my curls lovely for days. I just add a little more to smooth the frizz and refresh each following morning. — 5 days, 22 hours agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Been using this for years...
BareeFacedBeautyy (37 reviews)...and I don't intend to stop! I'm always experimenting with styling products for my curls, but I always end up back here. This is the only thing I've found which controls the frizz, defines the curls, lasts (though not all day for me) and doesn't make my hair untouchable (I.e. sticky or crunchy). I put this on out of the shower following Moroccan oil- another should-be staple for everyone- and my hair is soft and bouncy — 2 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

making waves
jen_krohn_sparks (1 reviews)I Looooooove this product. With two kids and about 5 minutes to devote to my hair before running out of the house, I flip my head over, scrunch this in and it defines my wavy hair and keeps it frizz free without feeling at all stiff or sticky. — 4 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Really works
Jemma (5 reviews)Aveda's Be Curly is the best curl enhancer I have ever used (and I've tried a lot, trust me). I have really long frizzy curly hair, and this product makes my curls beautiful, soft, and frizz free. I would recommend this product to anyone with frizz prone curls. It is reasonably priced ($19) and the tube will last you a while. No matter what shampoo and conditioner I use, this product works really well. The best part is it doesn't leave your hair crunchy, greasy, and wet looking. — 4 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Just right :)
hselcer (7 reviews)This isn't too heavy on your curls, and not too light to where it doesn't keep your hair conditioned. It is on the pricey side, but a little goes a long way, so it's worth it in my opinion. I've tried others and they don't compare!! — 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Aveda Be Curly Curl Enhancer
hannahnoelh (2 reviews)I have type 3a/b naturally curly hair. It's very fine but has a lot of volume. This product did nothing for my hair. I love Aveda products, but cremes on my hair increases the frizz factor big time. I need to stick to mousse or gel! — 7 months, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
