Good Coverage
This is a lightweight makeup for the face and it can and should be used minimally to avoid the cakey look. It does have a nice matte look but after a couple hours, I did find my T-zone oily and I'd have to blot my skin with a tissue or tap it with the sponge to avoid the excess. Always remembering to wash the sponge often is good advice to avoid any bacteria breeding in it, keeping the skin clean. The issue that I do have with this is that I could never find the exact skin shade for me, personally, because I'm Asian, my skin is yellow based and lot of mass retail market foundations don't have yellowed based foundations or makeup so it made me peachy or pink, I'd have to blend it really well and top it off with finishing powder to minimize it so I'd only recommend it to people who have pink or peach undertones. It didn't break me out but like all make up, the skin should be washed before going to bed at night or you will wake up with small irritation bumps from clogged pores that the makeup, dirt and oil has gotten into that will go away after thoroughly washing the face and continuing a healthy skin regimen. — 5 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

Really good foundation
I had acne problems in the past , thanks to my dermatologist, who recomended me this great foundation. I am a very devoted customer to this product, but unfortunately,I have not been able to find it anymore. I have tried other different types of neutrogena foundations without any success. My acne began to appear again, and I am desperate to find this product in the store. Can someone provide me with information of where to purchase this product? . Natural-looking coverage and Controls shine
I have oily skin and i love this. I used to stay away from any foundation because of my oily skin but now i say "hello foundation!" because this foundation gives me the natural look and does control my shine, i don't go crazy over neutrogena products, but this one i call one of my essentials! Good coverage
I was drawn to the skin clearing factor but do not think it did so. It covered well if you used it lightly. After a few hours my face was visibly oily. Hated it!
I tried using this foundation for about 2 weeks, and finally gave up! No matter how lighlyt I applied it or what sponge or brush I used, it always looked caked on and unnatural. Neutogena skin clearing oil free compact foundation

Cleared me Up!

nice for acne-prone skin
I do have acne-prone oily skin, and this makeup helped a lot with that. The price was a little expensive, but it is a worthwile product to try.
