I love that this mascara makes lashes darker and fuller without over doing it. It's not totally waterproof though, after a hot day i had smudges under my eyes, i don't think it would hold up at the beach or pool. It hasn't flaked on me, but it never clumps. This has been my favorite mascara for 10 years. I've tried many others, but I always find myself coming back to Full'N'Soft. The brush is superior when it comes to lash separation and volume-building, and the formula doesn't clump, flake, or smudge. It works better than many more expensive mascaras that I've been talked into trying. I have been using this mascara for over two years now and I absolutely adore it! I use the shade very black and generally apply it once a day. The brush is great and not too big, which it makes it easy to apply. The formula is the perfect consistency, in my opinion, and never looks like too much. My lashes always look very naturally full, curly, and long, while still maintaining a lot of separation. I do not notice very much clumping, but that might be because I wipe off excess mascara in the top of the tube before applying. I like this mascara. It doesn't clump, looks dark but natural, and lasts all day. However, when they say waterproof, they mean pretty-much-everything-proof.
