Removes everything
This is the most effective eye makeup remover I've ever tried, and I've used it regularly for years. It takes off the most stubborn waterproof mascara without much effort, and without using a ton of product (a bottle lasts me 5 months with nightly use). Others complain about the "grease factor", but really, I never take off my eye makeup WITHOUT the intent of washing my whole face anyway. So, who cares? Good for waterproof makeup
