During a long period when I was searching for a new facial cleanser, I came across this. Since I have used other Ambi products for years, I gave it a try. Bad choice. It burned my skin. It completely dried it out, and that's not easy to do since my skin is beyond oily. My skin felt very irritated after using, and I wanted to scratch my face. Not a good sign. I always try something twice before tossing, and the second time confirmed it. Not for me.

Moisturizes better than a Cream Cleanser!

Cleans like a gel cleanser ... moisturizes like a cream cleanser! I didn't know what to expect when I bought this soap. It says it moisturizes and conditions your skin ... and it does!!! The smell of the soap is the only reason why I am giving it 9 stars. Perfect cleanser for my Olay moisturizer.

Good soap

While it did not clear my skin up as well as some other soaps, it did make my face feel clean and smooth.

Smells awful!!

I've heard all kinds of good things about Black Soap. I happened to see this in the store and decided to try it. It was very inexpensive (about $2.00). I tried it that night, and while it did clean my skin, the scent completely turned me off. I can not describe the scent, but I know it's nothing I can get used to. If it didn't smell so bad, I could give this a higher rating.

Amazing

Absolutely the best soap ever! Leaves your skin soft and smooth. This should be called the beauty soap because after a continuous use your skin is sure to have a beautiful glow.

Ambi Black Soap with Shea Butter

I love Ambi products so I was thrilled to see this soap. The combination of the black sop with shea butter is extremely nice on my skin.
